– Learn to Perfect Driving School

Introduction

By accessing and using this website (“Service”), you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”) established by Learn to Perfect Driving School (ABN 18 531 917 602).

Learn to Perfect Driving School reserves the right to update and change these Terms of Service at any time without notice.

Account Terms

This page always contains the most current version of the Terms of Service.

  • You consent to Learn to Perfect Driving School sending you booking reminders, essential information, and marketing communications via phone, SMS, or email. You retain the right to opt out of marketing communications at any time.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account and password. Learn to Perfect Driving School cannot be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to uphold this security obligation.
  • When making purchases from Learn to Perfect Driving School, you agree not to initiate any credit card chargebacks or payment disputes for services, products, digital goods, vouchers, or gift cards, except in cases of proven fraud or unauthorised transactions. All disputes must be resolved directly with Learn to Perfect Driving School.
  • You must not post or submit false information to the Service.
  • The Service must not be used for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. You must not use this Service to breach any laws in your jurisdiction, including copyright laws.
  • You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
  • Accounts created by automated systems, such as “bots”, are not permitted and will be removed.
  • Learn to Perfect Driving School reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, and to refuse current or future access to the Service or any other Learn to Perfect Driving School service, for any reason.
  • Any breach of these terms or general conditions may result in the termination of your account.

Cancellation Policy

  • 24-Hour notice required otherwise full payment to be made at the discretion of the driving instructor.
  • No shows incur full Payment.
  • All lessons to be completed within 12 months of Purchase, you will be notified of remaining lessons 1 month prior to Expiry, after 12 months the remaining amount becomes credit towards more lessons. No refunds or credit after 24 months.
  • Only online and bank transfers are paid to Learn to Perfect Driving School.
  • All cash payments go straight to the instructor, not Learn to Perfect driving school.
  • All Learners and Provisional drivers must be able to produce license at start of lesson. Otherwise the lesson will be forfeited and full price payable. This is a Queensland Government requirement.

Cancellation Rates

  • If you provide less than 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled booking, you will forfeit the entire booking fee, at the discretion of your driving instructor.

Cancelling a booking does not automatically result in a refund of payments made for products or services. Any amount not subject to cancellation fees will be credited to your account balance at Learn to Perfect Driving School.

Refund Policy

All refund requests must be resolved directly with Learn to Perfect Driving School.

All refunds will not include Yloo Fee 1% or Stripe Fee 1.5%.

All refunds will have a 15% administration Fee.

All lessons to be completed within 12 months of purchase; you will be notified of remaining lessons 1 month prior to expiry. After 12 months, the remaining amount becomes credit towards more lessons. No refunds or credits after 24 months.

Driving Instructors

Driving instructors are sole traders with their own ABN and are not employees of Learn to Perfect Driving School. They use the name Learn to Perfect Driving School only while conducting lessons booked through Learn to Perfect Driving school.

Modifications to Services and Prices

  • Learn to Perfect Driving School may modify or discontinue the Service, temporarily or permanently, at any time and without notice.
  • Learn to Perfect Driving School will not be liable to you or any third party for modifications, price changes, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
  • All prices will change annually on 1st July at the discretion of Learn to Perfect Driving School. Lessons purchased prior to price changes will not be affected.

Fees

  • All online fees are paid through Yloo, an online booking system used by Learn to Perfect Driving School. Yloo charges a 1% booking fee paid to Yloodrive.com and a Stripe fee paid to Stripe.
  • Bank transfers are paid by arrangement with Learn to Perfect and have no additional fees.
  • All lesson prices are plus a 10% GST, which is paid directly to Learn to Perfect Driving School.
  • All online and bank transfers are paid directly to Learn to Perfect Driving School.
  • All cash payments are made directly to your driving instructor, not Learn to Perfect Driving School.
  • All fees and transactions are processed in Australian Dollars.

General Conditions

  • Your use of this website is entirely at your own risk. The website is provided “as is” and “as available”.
  • You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the website, its use, or access without express written permission from Learn to Perfect Driving School.
  • Any form of abuse, including verbal, physical, written, or threats of retribution, directed at Learn to Perfect Driving School instructors, customers, or external contractors will result in immediate termination of your account.
  • You must not transmit worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.
  • Learn to Perfect Driving School utilises third-party vendors and hosting partners to provide the hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to operate the Service.
  • Learn to Perfect Driving School does not guarantee that the website will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, or be error-free.
  • You expressly agree that Learn to Perfect Driving School shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the website.
  • Failure by Learn to Perfect Driving School to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
